Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all course purchases made on Bocavaldivia Academy (academy.bocavaldivia.earth), operated by Bocavaldivia S.A. B.I.C.

2. General Refund Conditions

Bocavaldivia Academy does not offer a satisfaction guarantee or money-back guarantee. Refunds are only applicable under the specific circumstances described in this policy.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

A refund request will be considered under the following conditions:

• The request is submitted within 24 hours of the purchase confirmation
• The student has not accessed any lesson or content within the course at the time of the request

Refund requests that do not meet both conditions will not be processed.

4. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please contact us at academy@bocavaldivia.earth with the following information:

• Full name
• Email address used at registration
• Order reference number
• Reason for the refund request

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times depend on DataFast and the issuing bank, and may take between 5 and 15 business days to reflect on your account.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be issued in the following cases:

• The student has accessed any part of the course content
• The 24-hour window from the time of purchase has passed
• The request does not include the required information listed in Section 4
