Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy applies to all course purchases made on Bocavaldivia Academy (academy.bocavaldivia.earth), operated by Bocavaldivia S.A. B.I.C.

Given the digital nature of our products, access to course content is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. For this reason, our cancellation terms are defined based on whether the student has accessed the content or not.

2. Cancellation Before Accessing the Content

A student may request a full cancellation and refund under the following conditions:

• The request is submitted within 24 hours of the purchase confirmation
• The student has not yet accessed any lesson or content within the course

To request a cancellation, please contact us at academy@bocavaldivia.earth within the stated period. Include your full name, email address used at registration, and order reference.

Once the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within the timeframe established by DataFast.

3. Cancellation After Accessing the Content

Once a student has accessed the course content, no cancellation or refund will be issued, regardless of the percentage of the course completed.

4. Exceptional Cases

Notwithstanding the above, a full refund will be issued in the following circumstances:

• Technical error: a billing error resulting in a duplicate charge
• Platform failure: the platform is inaccessible for an extended period due to a technical issue attributable to Bocavaldivia Academy, and no resolution is provided within a reasonable timeframe

5. Course Discontinuation by Bocavaldivia

In the event that Bocavaldivia decides to cancel or permanently discontinue a course that students have already purchased and paid for, all affected students will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
